Rainbow 2 Pro
Question About Hardware Compatibility
The Rainbow 2 Pro has a different mould to the Rainbow 1 series and is not compatible with the latter’s rubber case
It can be switched off. Double clicking the fn key toggles the light effects, the first one is a mode light, the second one is a custom light effect, and the third one turns off the light.

Simulated motion control is achieved by simulating the movement of the right joystick, and an increase in the joystick’s return rate makes for silky-smooth motion control.
It’s not an xbox licensed controller.
1. Yes
2. To connect PC please watch this tutorial:
3. To connect Nintendo Switch please watch this tutorial:
After turning on the Trigger Stop, quickly press the trigger for 3 times to turn on the hair trigger, and the linear value will become 0 or 1.
Press and hold the logo button for more than 10 seconds to reset, the controller will vibrate to indicate a successful reset.
Up to about 15 hours under normal use (varies depending on game vibration, lighting and headset use)
It can be pried off with a hard object from the notched edge of the D-Pad’s cap.
1. If voice function is required, the controller should be connected to the game console wirelessly first, and then the headset can be connected to the controller with a wired connection.
2. If the game console can support wireless headset, there is no need to connect audio through the above method.
3. The receiver does not support Bluetooth devices.
The faceplate is not replaceable
The joystick size is the same and the joystick caps are universal.
The Armor-X’s 1300 mAh battery is needed to power not only itself but also the controller. The Rainbow 2 Pro is capable of about 15 hours of normal battery life.
Wired 1000Hz, 2.4G receiver 200Hz, Bluetooth 125Hz (switch mode fixed 125Hz)
2.4G receiver, Bluetooth, USB wired
Customised high speed rotor motor
Support for PC, Switch, iOS and Android
The brand logo on the controller is the home button.
The first time you use the charging dock may have poor contact, just put it on a few more times to fix it.
The Rainbow 2 Pro will not be available in new colour options at this time.
Questions About Software Functionality
Depends on the electromagnetic environment, ideally about 20 ms or less.
After connecting to Rainbow 2 using Switch Bluetooth, with both Switch and joystick turned off, simply long press (logo button) the home button to wake up the Switch.
Wake up is not supported when the receiver is wire-connected to the Switch, this is determined by the Switch’s system.
Yes, ours goes straight to a maximum value like 0 or 1, XBOX’s goes 0-255 in a much shorter distance, XBOX’s controller is still linear just faster, ours goes straight to 0 or 1 because we don’t have intermediate values anymore, so that’s just faster.
Air trigger means that after the linear trigger is pressed down to generate a linear value, when the trigger is released to trigger back, it is not necessary for the trigger to return to 0 linear value, but rather there is a backward movement (linear value decreases), which is considered to be complete. When the trigger is pressed down again (increasing the linear value), it is considered the second trigger.
Firstly, make sure the controller’s logo button’s indicator light is always on, green for xinput mode and red for switch mode.
If it does not light up, it means that the controller is not successfully connected, check whether the controller is firmly plugged into the interface with the data cable.
After the receiver is wire-connected to the Switch, you need to open “Settings – Controllers and Sensors – Pro Controller Wired Connection On”.
This happens because the game detects multiple input devices and the anti-cheat system blocks the unrecognised devices; xbox controllers are recognised because the xbox controller has an authentication chip in it and the game knows exactly what device is plugged in.
All “third-party, non-authenticated controllers” are likely to appear if you repeatedly plug and unplug the controller after entering the game.
The only way to recover from this is to restart your computer (you can also try restarting the game after completely shutting down the game process).
Also, plug in the controller before starting the game, and try to avoid plugging and unplugging the controller after starting the game.
Linear triggers are not supported under the Switch protocol and all Switch controllers do not have linear triggers.
Questions About Joysticks
The latest ALPS-branded 52-degree joystick, which is the same as the PS5’s, helps with in-game micro-manoeuvres.
The latest ALPS-branded 52-degree joystick, which is the same as the PS5’s, helps with in-game micro-manoeuvres.
The technology of current Hall joysticks is still immature, so Rainbow 2 Pro chose the new version of ALPS joystick with the best mechanical performance, which is more guaranteed for competitive gamers’ gaming experience.
The controller is factory set with a little dead zone by default. The dead zone can be set after connecting to the controller via mobile app and can be further set to 0 dead zone.
Once the controller is on, you can adjust the dead zone of the joystick by connecting to the mobile app via Bluetooth.
1. First determine if the joystick cap is pulled up, or if the joystick physically does not return to centre. If so, pull the joystick cap off. If not, do joystick calibration (specific operation see the manual)
2. If it is connected to Steam, it may be triggered by a Steam bug (the current version of steam does have this bug), try to push the joystick to the outermost circle and rotate it for a fortnight to see if it can be fixed, if not, then rule out this factor.
Additional note: You can set the dead zone of the joystick of the Rainbow 2 Pro. When the joystick dead zone is set to 0, the joystick is bound to drift. Nothing to do with the product, all joysticks with 0 deadband will drift.
1. Long press the view button + menu button, the light effect of the light belt is orange breathing
2. Push the joystick to the limit and turn it in a circle at an even speed, repeat 3-5 times.
3. Press LT+RT again to the limit and release, repeat 3-5 times.
4. Finally, press View + Menu at the same time.
5. The light band light effect is orange double flash, the calibration is successful.
1. Check to see if this is caused by the joystick cap pulling up;
2. If so, press the joystick cap down vertically.
Questions About The App
Yes, connecting the app allows for a variety of customisation of the lights, including switching them off.
Buttons that do not support mapping are: Multitasking button (positive button), Menu button (negative button), Home button, Mapping button/Turbo button/Macro button/Configuration button, Fn button, Screenshot button
Macros can be selected from Click, Long Press, Click Cycle and Long Press Cycle. If you hang up, selecting click cycle will repeat the macro function all the time.
1. Double-click the FN button, the light bar will cycle between “Mode Light Effect”, “Custom Light Effect” and “Off”.
2. You can also customise the settings through APP.
1. Rainbow 2 Pro comes with Bluetooth, you can search Xbox Wireless Controller in the Bluetooth list of your mobile phone after you turn it on;
2. Open BIGBIG WON APP in iOS mobile phone, select the device as C1 Pro in the upper left corner, and then click the “Connect Now” button in the middle of the screen directly.
3. On Android mobile phones, you need to open the “BIGBIG WON APP” permissions (Bluetooth, location, nearby devices, pop-up windows and other permissions), and then open the BIGBIG WON APP and click “Connect Now”.
Open the app and check to see if joystick XY axis reversal is turned on.
Support recording 15 steps, you can set the time interval and auto loop function in the app
The controller does not need to be connected via Bluetooth. After connecting the controller to any game console, open the BIGBIG WON app and click on “Rainbow 2 Pro” to connect.
Question About Support
FPS is the most demanding of controllers. You can adjust the controller’s dead zone on the mobile app, and the controller has multiple preloaded configurations, with different settings corresponding to different game types.
The controller supports connecting to mobile phones and playing Apple games.
Yes, try not to use reWASD software, the reWASD software is very jagged after setup
Not supported because of the hall linear trigger.
No support, Rainbow 2 doesn’t have NFC.
Supports origin motion control on the Switch.
Internal feedback 17cm, 19.3cm, 4-finger grip, 6-finger grip and C-hand were all tried and were not painful.
The charging stand is not the same.
