After turning on the Trigger Stop，quickly press the trigger for 3 times to turn on the hair trigger, and the linear value will become 0 or 1.

After connecting to Rainbow 2 using Switch Bluetooth, with both Switch and joystick turned off, simply long press (logo button) the home button to wake up the Switch.
Wake up is not supported when the receiver is wire-connected to the Switch, this is determined by the Switch’s system.
Yes, ours goes straight to a maximum value like 0 or 1, XBOX’s goes 0-255 in a much shorter distance, XBOX’s controller is still linear just faster, ours goes straight to 0 or 1 because we don’t have intermediate values anymore, so that’s just faster.
Air trigger means that after the linear trigger is pressed down to generate a linear value, when the trigger is released to trigger back, it is not necessary for the trigger to return to 0 linear value, but rather there is a backward movement (linear value decreases), which is considered to be complete. When the trigger is pressed down again (increasing the linear value), it is considered the second trigger.
Firstly, make sure the controller’s logo button’s indicator light is always on, green for xinput mode and red for switch mode.
If it does not light up, it means that the controller is not successfully connected, check whether the controller is firmly plugged into the interface with the data cable.
After the receiver is wire-connected to the Switch, you need to open “Settings – Controllers and Sensors – Pro Controller Wired Connection On”.
This happens because the game detects multiple input devices and the anti-cheat system blocks the unrecognised devices; xbox controllers are recognised because the xbox controller has an authentication chip in it and the game knows exactly what device is plugged in.
All “third-party, non-authenticated controllers” are likely to appear if you repeatedly plug and unplug the controller after entering the game.
The only way to recover from this is to restart your computer (you can also try restarting the game after completely shutting down the game process).

Linear triggers are not supported under the Switch protocol and all Switch controllers do not have linear triggers.

The technology of current Hall joysticks is still immature, so Rainbow 2 Pro chose the new version of ALPS joystick with the best mechanical performance, which is more guaranteed for competitive gamers’ gaming experience.
The controller is factory set with a little dead zone by default. The dead zone can be set after connecting to the controller via mobile app and can be further set to 0 dead zone.
Once the controller is on, you can adjust the dead zone of the joystick by connecting to the mobile app via Bluetooth.
1. First determine if the joystick cap is pulled up, or if the joystick physically does not return to centre. If so, pull the joystick cap off. If not, do joystick calibration (specific operation see the manual)
2. If it is connected to Steam, it may be triggered by a Steam bug (the current version of steam does have this bug), try to push the joystick to the outermost circle and rotate it for a fortnight to see if it can be fixed, if not, then rule out this factor.
Additional note: You can set the dead zone of the joystick of the Rainbow 2 Pro. When the joystick dead zone is set to 0, the joystick is bound to drift. Nothing to do with the product, all joysticks with 0 deadband will drift.
